            Summary for Google Play Console & Users:

            The Android application valla az yedim is engineered with a strict Privacy-by-Design architecture. No meal photos are ever saved on any server, usage is 100% anonymous (no email/password required), and health logs remain stored exclusively on your local device.

1. 100% Anonymous Use & Local On-Device Storage (Room DB)

Using the application does not require registration with personal contact information (such as email, phone number, or real name). The app employs Google Firebase Anonymous Authentication.

All user health entries (weight, height, age, calorie budget, fasting logs, and meal history) are stored exclusively in your phone's local SQLite/Room database.

2. Integrated Third-Party Services: Google Firebase Infrastructure Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR

To ensure app security, technical stability, and anonymous authentication, we use Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Temporary IP addresses and anonymous device IDs are processed for abuse prevention. No real names or email addresses are transmitted to Google. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technical stability and app security).

Google Firebase Anonymous Authentication: Enables secure app features using an anonymous user ID (UID).
Google Firebase Cloud Firestore: Manages anonymous nicknames, weight progress percentage for group leaderboards, and group reference codes (affiliation key).

3. Legal Basis of AI Photo Analysis & No AI Model Training Art. 6(1)(a/b) GDPR

When using the AI photo feature to calculate meal calories:

Images are transmitted via HTTPS to the Google Gemini 2.5 Vision API solely to estimate nutritional values (calories, protein, carbs, fat).
Photo transmission occurs strictly to fulfill the requested feature under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your explicit consent by triggering the scan).
Zero Server Storage & No AI Model Training Guarantee: Photos are never stored, archived, or retained on our servers, Hetzner servers, or third-party servers. After processing, images are immediately purged from volatile RAM. Photos are NEVER used by third parties to train AI models.

4. Voluntary WhatsApp Phone Number & Meta Datantransfer Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR

The processing and sharing of your phone number occurs strictly on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), granted by entering the number and actively tapping the WhatsApp button (Service Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland). Data is never transmitted automatically.

5. Your Rights Under GDPR (Data Deletion & Export)

You have the right at any time to:

Wipe all local data instantly via the app settings.
Export an encrypted ZIP backup of your records.
Permanently remove all local data by uninstalling the application.
